OUR SOCIAL AND ECOLOGICAL COMMITMENT IS STRUCTURED AND ANCHORED IN SCHWALBE’S FOUR PILILARS OF RESPONSIBILITY.

For us, CSR means creating social, ecological, and economic added value – for ourselves and for future generations. Our approach goes way beyond our own company boundaries. It is our vision as a pioneer in CSR, to not have a detrimental impact on the natural world and the human race, but to positively contribute to the creation of a decent future for all.

WE ASSUME SOCIAL AND ECOLOGICAL RESPONSIBILITY THROUGHOUT OUR ENTIRE SUPPLY CHAIN

CODE OF CONDUCT FOR SUPPLIERS

Our supplier code of conduct issued in 2022 is a key instrument used to ensure our values and can be viewed under “Further documents”. We aim to have all our relevant accessory and preliminary suppliers (tiers 1 and 2) sign our code of conduct by the end of 2024. In 2023 73% of all relevant suppliers signed the code.



Audits in Vietnam

In 2023 our key production plant in Vietnam was audited. The result confirms our good cooperation in production with family business Hung-A. We also aim to have additional relevant suppliers externally audited in the future.
