IVAR SLIK WINS UNBOUND GRAVEL
RECORD TIME UNDER EXTREME CONDITIONS!
>> DUTCHMAN WINS ON SCHWALBES G-ONE RS
The biggest gravel race of the year, 320 kilometers in the most extreme conditions of wet, muddy and slippery terrain. And in the end Ivar Slik won in 9:22 hours in the fastest race time ever run at the Unbound. The Dutchman became the first non-American ever to win the Unbound. In a gripping 4-man sprint, Slik won on Schwalbe's new gravel speed tire G-One RS.
But that was by no means all: In the end, five Schwalbe athletes finished in the top 20. In the XL race over 563 kilometers, Cynthia Frazierin won in 22:25 hours, while Marius Karteusch was second in the men's race. Over the "short" 160 kilometer distance, Ben Delaney finished third.
What they had in common: All of them were riding the G-One RS - Speed beyond your limits.
