Tubeless Valves

The tubeless valves are available in stem lengths of 40 mm, 60 mm and 100 mm and their design makes fitting them a breeze. There is a suitable valve solution for every depth of rim.

To The Schwalbe Valve Guide >>

The valve base can be firmly installed in the rim using the hex key (4 mm) without over-tightening. The shortened cone ensures a low installation height and therefore more space for the tire beads. Thanks to the large valve inner diameter (4 mm), the tire can be inflated particularly effectively with air and sealing fluid.

  Size Weight Art.-No. Set
SV 40 mm 4,6 g 3470 twin-pack
60 mm 5,4 g 3471 twin-pack
80 mm 7,2 g 3474 twin-pack
100 mm 7,3 g 3472 twin-pack

Tire Levers

Makes changing tires a snap. The new shape and surface of the tire lever makes the assembly and disassembly of a tire more enjoyable. For both tires and hands too!

The new tire levers are especially helpful in difficult assembly operations. Clip it onto the rim, to fix the already mounted section of the tire, and it won‘t slide out when the last section is levered onto the rim.

Patent Pending

3 piece set, Art.-No. 1847

The colour blue is a trademark of Park Tool for bicycle tools and is used under license.

Glueless Patches

With the self-adhesive patches from Schwalbe you can repair a flat tube fast and without any difficulty.

6 Patches, Art.-No. 3900.01
(20 Sets in a display)

Ideally suited for the repair of Aerothan tubes.

Easy Fit

Special assembly liquid for bicycle tires. A practical sponge applicator allows the liquid to be applied to the tire bead very simply - without smudging fingers. When inflating, the tire bead slides easily into the correct position on the rim. The liquid evaporates completely after about 10 minutes!

Sponge applicator, 50 ml, Art.-No. 3700
Refill, 1000 ml, Art.-No. 3701

Airmax Pro

The digital pressure gauge is very precise, measuring pressures up to 11 bar and is suitable for both Auto and Presta valves. It will also function with Schwalbe's 'classic' bicycle valve.

Art.-No. 6010.01

Test tire pressures at least once per month with a pressure gauge. Testing by thumb is completely unreliable as with just half of the required pressure the tire will feel hard. Insufficient air pressure is the most common bicycle problem that results in dramatically increased rolling resistance and premature tire wear.

What is the correct inflation pressure for my tire?

Doc Blue Professional

Ideally suited for Tubeless conversions. Produced by Stan’s NoTubes! It can also be used as a puncture protection preventative for bicycle tubes, tubular tires and standard Tubeless systems.

60 ml bottle, Art.-No. 3710.01
200 ml bottle, Art.-No. 3714
500 ml bottle, Art.-No. 3711

APPLICATION: For preventive puncture protection and tubeless conversion. Filling quantities: tires from 23-60mm —> 60-90 ml/tire, from 62-100mm —> 90-120 ml/tire. Shake well! Effective up to 7 months. Unsuitable for significant defects (cuts/bursts). Tubeless conversion only with wheels and tires suitable for tubeless applications.

Valve Extension

For high pressure (Presta) valve with removable valve core. Aluminum. 2 per set. Valve core removal key included.

30 mm, black, threaded, Art.-No. 3461
65 mm, black, threaded, Art.-No. 3462

The valve extensions in 30mm and 65mm are tubeless compatible.

Tubeless Rim Tape

The tubeless rim tape and valve allows conventional wheels to be sealed and prepared for tubeless use.

The tubeless rim tape is extremely user friendly and at the same time very high pressure resistant. Even on road bikes a single ply of tape is sufficient.

Only use wheels that have been specifically approved by the manufacturer for Tubeless conversion. Especially with the high-pressure demands on race bikes this is very important. Only the wheel maker’s approval ensures that the rim is up to the particular stresses in operation and the tubeless tire will be secure. All important information and advice about Tubeless can be found at: www.schwalbe.com/tubeless

High-Pressure Rim Tape

The third important factor - besides tube and tire - for puncture protection. The rim tape effectively protects the tube against mechanical damage, for example from spoke heads and metal burrs around the spoke holes.

Multitool

13 in 1 Multi tool with valve functions. Why does Schwalbe offer a multi tool? Because we wanted to have a handy tool that integrates the functions for valve inserts (SV and AV) and valve extensions. Especially in times of tubeless, puncture protection liquids and screw on air pumps there is more and more need to take out or tighten a valve insert.

We have completely revised the Multitool and added some further, useful tools and functions! 2, 2.5, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 mm hex 25 mm Torx, slotted screwdriver, SV valve insert, valve extension SV, AV valve core, bottle opener.

Tread Cutter

The idea for this special tool comes from the Downhill Worldcup and was then jointly developed with tool manufacturer Unior tools.

The Tread Cutter is the first set of pliers made specifically to fine-tune MTB tires. With it, you can cut the lugs off with a smooth edge and – thanks to the cutting-height adjustment – to your exact required height. The Tread Cutter is designed for absolute fine tuning of a tire tread with the idea to better optimize a tire for exceptional situations.

Schwalbe – the bike tire specialist.

Tire technology for the optimum riding experience.

Whether you have a city bike, touring bike, road bike, gravel bike or MTB: The tires affect the riding experience like no other bike component. The choice of tire not only determines how well the wheel grips the ground but also influences how easily and comfortably the bike rolls. Ideally, the tire combines such characteristics as maximum grip, high mileage, optimum rolling properties, low weight and reliable resistance to punctures. Sounds technical? The sum of these properties is tangible to every cyclist: as an optimum riding experience. At Schwalbe, we work to continually refine and improve this riding sensation – day in, day out.

The vision of perfect tires.

From mass-produced product to innovation driver.

In the first decades after the Second World War, the bicycle tire was considered an interchangeable mass product that could practically not be improved on. In the 1980s, cycling re-established itself as a popular trend as more and more people got back on the saddle. It was in this context that Schwalbe – established in 1973 – emerged as a standard-setter in the bicycle tire market. The launch of the legendary Schwalbe Marathon tire in 1983, with its unprecedented mileage, was met with great enthusiasm by keen cyclists, bicycle dealers and trade journalists.

Tires for every type of bike.

The bike world has become more and more diverse over the years. New categories, such as the MTB, gravel bike, and last but not least, e-bike, created completely new market segments and presented hitherto unknown challenges for tires. Against this backdrop, Schwalbe deliberately chose to focus on the development of innovative tires and tubes, instead of expanding the company’s activities to the technically quite different automotive tire sector. This strategy proved to be absolutely right: When Schwalbe launched the first off-road tires in the mid-nineties, the firm quickly became known as the best brand among mountain bikers. Today, millions of MTB riders across the globe swear by Schwalbe MTB tires with their distinctive names, such as Nobby Nic, Racing Ralph, Billy Bonkers, Dirty Dan, Magic Mary or Hans Dampf.

Tire solutions for sport, touring and everyday life.

Schwalbe is working to eradicate the puncture.

Cycling is today considered a progressive form of personal transport that offers nothing but advantages – with one unfortunate exception: the tire puncture. Schwalbe identified this problem at an early stage and has continually set new milestones in matters of puncture protection. For example, Schwalbe offers touring and city tires that can call themselves “flat-less”. For high-performance cycling, our Tubeless Easy Technology combined with tire sealant also sets new benchmarks in preventing punctures. And almost all other Schwalbe tires have an integrated puncture protection belt.

Schwalbe tires for the future.

Climate protection, urbanization and the joy of physical exercise in fresh air are just some of the good reasons that promise cycling a great future. We at Schwalbe would like to play our part in contributing to this: with high-quality tires and tubes that will inspire you with useful innovations, distinctive designs, exciting performance and reliable puncture protection.
